Experts is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales
Representative to support our sales organization through thoughtful
follow-up and customer re-engagement. This role focuses on
reconnecting with warm customers, reviewing prior sales activity,
and providing consultative support to help move opportunities
forward. About the Inside Sales Rep Role: The Inside Sales
Representative (Rehash) works with customers who previously had an
in-home consultation but did not move forward or requested
additional information. You will review prior sales documentation,
understand customer needs and objections, and support the sales
process through meaningful follow-up and coordination. This is a
part-time role designed to support conversion efforts while
offering schedule flexibility. What You’ll Do: Re-engage warm
customer leads (Demo – No Sale) to coordinate and schedule
follow-up appointments Manage volume rehash and retention efforts
by reviving and saving cancelled contracts Review sales recordings,
notes, and photos to understand prior appointments and identify
rehash opportunities Contact customers via phone and email to
understand objections and reasons for not moving forward Provide
consultative sales support by reviewing options and guiding next
actions Accurately document activity, notes, and outcomes in the
CRM Maintain professionalism and brand standards in all customer
interactions Through our sales training program, you will learn the
techniques to: Deliver effective sales presentations over the phone
Overcome objections and reengage with customers Utilize CRM tools
and sales technology to manage and track sales activity What We're
Looking For: High inside sales IQ with the ability to work warm,
rehash-style opportunities Prior phone sales, inside sales,
customer service experience preferred Strong customer service and
consultative selling skills with proven objection-handling ability
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Strong analytical
skills to assess opportunities and tailor solutions Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Ability to work
