to function successfully in this position. CertaPro Painters is a
national painting franchise known for consistently delivering
extraordinary experiences to residential and commercial customers
since 1999. This position is for the CertaPro Painters of
Indianapolis Franchise residential team. PURPOSE The purpose of the
Residential Sales Associate (RSA) position is to present and sell
Interior and Exterior paint and carpentry projects to customers in
a manner consistent with CertaPro Painters procedures, quality, and
customer needs. RSAs work from leads that are provided and
scheduled. Primary activity includes running estimate appointments
to identify customer needs and present our services to each
customer in a determined territory. Upon earning each job, RSAs
hand customer and project details off to Project Management team
for completion. Must be a self starter, and thrive in a flexible
field sales setting. SEEKING Highly motivated individuals with

10% ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Complete painting estimate appointments
to make in-home presentations to potential and existing customers
in assigned territory. Record accurate measurements and write
detailed descriptions of projects inspected Recommend painting
services and products tailored to each customer's needs Promote the
value and process of CertaPro effectively, and sell based on
customer profiles as well as full consideration of all options
available. Present communication expectations, services to be
performed, pricing, scheduling, color options, customer
requirements, and offers in a clear, concise, accurate, and
professional manner. Promote a positive company image at all times
and provide excellent customer service. Meet productivity standards
set by the department. Provide quality customer relations and meet
all other performance standards. Manage activity using Microsoft
Dynamics Follow up on all estimate, inquiries, complaints, and
other messages in a timely manner. Keep appointments with customers
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required. Must pass
applicable background check. Perform other duties as assigned.
