We look for strong, stand-out recruits with the desire to elevate our organization and make it the best it can be for our associates, our customers and our community Position Description: The Associate Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining and improving current HCM systems (including ADP and Kronos), as well as assisting in the implementation of new processes and tools to maximize the effectiveness of the organization s business operations. They will assist in providing all aspects of technical support including internal and external interfaces, reporting, security, system testing/upgrades and system implementations. The analyst will work closely with the external vendors, internal IT team and the HR team to identify and realize solutions to human capital management issues. Additionally, this position will aid the end-user community to resolve complex, unique and escalated issues. The primary focus of the job will be end-user and technical support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Establishes good working relationships with the business, IT and our strategic technology partners to better understand their business directions, drivers, and requirements; analyze work processes, leverage current technological tools, and provide insight to possible capabilities * Serves as the first-tier technical point-of-contact for ADP and Kronos, and assists subject matter experts with data integrity, testing system changes, creating reports and analyzing processes for improvement. * Provides daily support, maintenance, and administration of the ADP and Kronos applications across all locations (to include the various Kronos instances) * Serves as back-up configuration and system admin to the HCM systems * Provides back-up physical support for the Kronos clock device * Back-up resource for configuration and management of the Kronos clock devices, including testing device configuration, and working with locations to install new or update existing devices * Assists in the administration of releases of current human resource management systems by identifying key changes, notifying the team, troubleshooting impending errors and planning outages * Assists in the management of internal HR web application projects through planning, creation of functional specifications, timeline management, user acceptance testing, aid in project go live and suggestions for future project improvement * Completes application maintenance and upgrades as necessary by following instruction of the vendor or working with a third party vendor * Serves as HCM Support Lead on transformative projects supporting the HCM ADP and Kronos roadmaps * Performs data audits within the HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Provides technical and functional support, working closely with the end-user community including system maintenance, reports, queries, interfaces, and security * Investigates and troubleshoots system issues and identifies root causes for end users; determines and documents solutions for future use * Develops and maintains training and communications materials * Creates technical and functional operating specifications for interfaces, reporting and system enhancements * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Education Requirements: College Degree Major Desired: Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Human Resources Knowledge, Training, Skills and/or Experience: * Analytical thinker with the ability to understand problems, determine root cause and recommend appropriate solutions * Understands business needs from multiple points of view and makes suggestions that address current issues while also maintaining a long-term solution * Ability to learn and utilize new technological tools quickly * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to relate complex concepts in a concise and easy to understand manner * Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to manage change successfully through influencing others * Ability to understand and comply with confidentiality and privacy rules and protect company property and confidential information * Demonstrates Wabash National Corporation core values and establishes an environment of functional excellence, teamwork, integrity, sense of urgency, and continuous learning * Strong organizational skills Job Requirements: * Desired experience in any HCM system (ADP, SAP, WorkDay, Success Factors, Kronos, Ceridian, etc.) or implementation process * Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service across all levels of the organization * Manufacturing experience preferred * Must have working knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes/procedures terminology and compliance * Must be familiar with common technology used today * Fully demonstrated technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot) Equal opportunity employer.
