Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor in a
non-union high-speed manufacturing facility in Chicago, IL.SHIFT:
Various shifts 1st 2nd or 3rd-(2nd or 3rd preferred)LOCATION:
Chicago, IllinoisRelocation package of $3-5kThis job will have the
following responsibilities:Provide leadership and training to
accomplish all production goalsoversee and develop a team of 25-50+
employees on shiftPrepare and review employees' hours for payroll
and ensure accuracyBe the first point of contact for operators
regarding mechanical problems and perform preventative maintenance
as needed.Communicate and work with other team members to control
and improve the manufacturing processOversee the KPIs and monitor
shift performance and establish any
deficienciesRequirements/Skills:Packaging Manufacturing Experience
is a plusBachelor s Degree PreferredHigh-speed manufacturing
experience is a plusBilingual Spanish is a plus4+ years of
Production Supervision experienceOverseen a team of 20+
employeesSix Sigma Green Belt PreferredUI948679
