Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $25 - $30 per hourA bit about us:We are a Leading Equipment Manufacturer in the Utility Industry looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team.Why join us?Competitive Pay Rate $25-$30 an hour depending on ExperienceGreat BenefitsAbility to Lead and manage TeamLocal Service WorkOpenings on Day and Night ShiftJob DetailsResponsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of overhead cranes.Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed.Performs inspections of working cranes and determines deficiencies and needed repairs.Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings.Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.Maintaining appropriate workload schedule.Working with Parts department for part orders for repairs and replacements. Establishing strong working relationship with the service manager, other technicians and customers.Ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working order and maintained as necessary.Reading appropriate related materials to ascertain types of service and parts. Maintaining a high level of Quality and Customer Satisfaction including but not limited to; meeting customer delivery dates, ensuring the accuracy of time recording and other pertinent paperwork.Conducting annual company and self-evaluation processes.Follow the guidelines as established by the Employee Handbook and company policies and procedures.Maintaining an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipating in required training and become a student of the industryRecording all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Following Safeguards rules and regulations.
