Join our team as an Intensive Care Facilitator!As an Intensive Care Facilitator, you will collaborate closely with children and their families to address and manage their mental health and emotional difficulties. The primary focus of your role will be to stabilize and improve social and behavioral functioning within the home, school, and school environments.Responsibilities:- Work directly with children and families to develop personalized support plans aimed at managing mental health and emotional difficulties.- Provide intensive case management services to ensure the stabilization and improvement of social and behavioral functioning.- Assist clients in building personal support systems and empowering them to advocate for their needs effectively.- Implement treatment plans focusing on the development of problem-solving and coping skills tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.- Offer guidance and support in utilizing appropriate conflict resolution strategies.- Provide timely emergency services and crisis intervention in various settings, including homes, hospitals/ERs, and the community.What We Offer:Valley Oaks Health offers competitive pay, bachelor and master degree tuition reimbursement, supportive work environment, flexible work schedule, training in evidenced-based practices and opportunities for growth. This full-time position consists of a 40 hour work week with a bi-weekly pay schedule.Who We Need:* Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other human behavioral science field.
