Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
• Work with engineering drawings and specifications to create and modify tools, dies, and fixtures to meet production requirements
• Maintain and repair existing tools, dies, and fixtures
• Maintain accurate records of all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
• Train other employees on the use and maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelinesQualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with manual and/or CNC machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus
  • A diploma or degree in manufacturing technology, tool and die making, or a related field is a plusYou should be proficient in:
    • CAD Software

    • Deburring Experience
    • Excellent Communication Skills
