$19.00-$20.00 an hour Shift: 1st Schedule: Friday-Monday or
Tuesday-Friday Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM Location: Joliet, IL Job
Description Oversee warehouse personnel involved in receiving,
production, and shipping of products. Supervise up to 10 warehouse
employees. Assist warehouse manager in developing, implementing,
and maintaining policies and procedures. Supervise shipping,
receiving, and packing room activities, ensuring visibility on the
warehouse floor and providing team support. Conduct thorough
inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
and quality. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move
materials within the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records
and perform regular cycle counts. Coordinate with carriers and
logistics providers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring
secure handling and packaging. Supervise and participate in
picking, packing, and labeling of orders. Promptly resolve any
shipping or receiving discrepancies. Review shipping documents and
ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Conduct
safety inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to
maintain a safe working environment. Lead, train, motivate, coach,
reward, and discipline warehouse crew to ensure productivity and
safety adherence. Requirements: 1-2 years warehouse experience. 1-2
years of forklift experience and 2 years of electric pallet jack a
plus 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience with strong
inventory control skills. Excellent written and oral communication
skills; ability to manage multiple projects and interact
effectively across organizational levels. 1-2 years computer skills
