This south Indianapolis company is seeking a hardworking and reliable 1st Shift Yard Laborer/Driver to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in an outdoor environment and contribute to various tasks that keep the operations running smoothly. 1st Shift Yard Laborer/Driver's Pay & Benefits: $21/hr This is an evaluation to hire opportunity - the company is looking for someone to hire on long term The company offers competitive benefits once hired on Health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and more! Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM, some overtime may be required Yard Laborer's Duties: Drive a company truck with a trailer to pick up/drop off boats from waterways (lakes and rivers). Load/unload boats from semi-trailers Clean boats in the servicing department Set up the showroom floor Other tasks as needed, indoor and outdoor Yard Laborer's Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. Capability to drive a vehicle with a trailer Sit-down forklift experience is required, tractor experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and reliability Will be working on your feet for most of your shift so must be okay with the physicality of the position The company values team players with great attendance and teamwork skills.
