Path to Impact: Build and nurture strong relationships with
packaging equipment and automation vendors, representing our team
professionally to foster collaborative success. Partner effectively
with field sales and technical service pros to align on goals and
deliver top-tier support. Champion field sales by evaluating
packaging applications, uncovering requirements, and designing
customized solutions for marking, coding, conveyors, fully
automated equipment, and integrations—recommending value-added
options that perfectly fit unique customer challenges. Take charge
of post-sale project management, overseeing delivery, factory
acceptance testing (FAT), setup, training, and installation, while
clearly communicating customer needs. Coordinate and support
equipment demonstrations to showcase our innovative packaging
offerings. Travel as needed to assist with field service
activities, projects, and vendor-related engagements—expect
occasional overnight stays based on demands. Leverage strong verbal
and written communication skills for phone, in-person, and email
interactions, handling application details and quote requests with
precision. Engage in CRM activities to schedule appointments and
keep opportunity updates flowing smoothly. What We're Looking For –

building positive, professional connections across vendors, sales
teams, and technical experts in the packaging space. Technical
savvy in packaging automation, with experience evaluating
requirements and designing solutions for equipment like conveyors,
marking systems, bagging, case packing, and integrations. Proven
project management skills, especially in post-sale phases including
delivery, testing, setup, and training. Comfort with travel and
flexibility to support on-site demos, field activities, and vendor
trips. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail,
and the drive to promote packaging services that add real value.
Strong verbal and written skills for seamless interactions via
