world. This role is a part of our global field solutions team, a
central team supporting applications for more than 10,000 sales
representatives and other field users worldwide. You’ll join the
team to provide technical expertise across global platforms and
help create strategic solutions that change how our field users
interact with healthcare professionals to educate on our products
worldwide. As a Data & Integrations Lead you will support and
evolve our global CRM ecosystem—primarily Veeva CRM today, with a
strategic eye toward future CRM platform. This role is responsible
for leading integration work across multiple enterprise systems,
driving data strategy, and enabling seamless connectivity in a
complex, highly matrixed environment. What You'll Be Doing: As Data
and Technical Integrations Lead, you will be responsible for
leading and coordinating technical integrations' roadmap. The
Technical Integration lead will drive integration requirements, and
coordinate any delivery needs within the CRM, Master Data Team and
Tech@Lilly and third-party systems teams that integrate with the
Commercial / Medical CRM Platform. This Lead plays an integral role
in coordinating across CRM team, Tech teams and Master Data
enterprise teams. Responsible subject matter expert (SME) for the
data ecosystem within Veeva CRM and related capabilities and future
state CRM platform Influences integration design decisions w/ input
from architecture Provide input to API design, composability/reuse
Approve API-related Features and Test Scripts, participates in
cross-system testing and UAT Serve as the technical SME for the
delivery on solutions that requiring new integrations and any
enhancements, ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and
performance Coordinate needs and requirements between upstream and
downstream teams/systems Lead and mentor onshore/offshore
developers Prepare technical documentation, including
specifications, user stories, and validation artifacts Troubleshoot
integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver
continuous improvements Your Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s
degree in a computer science or information technology related
field 3 years of experience in Information Technology supporting
enterprise business applications and systems 3 years of hands-on
experience supporting or implementing integrations across
enterprise CRM and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, or
similar platforms) Qualified applicants must be authorized to work
in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide

H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1 What You Should Bring: 2 years
coordinating external suppliers &/or partners with internal
teams to support technical delivery Understanding of master data
concepts (HCP/HCO, product, territory) Proficiency in integration
technologies: APIs, REST, SOAP Excellent communication (written and
verbal), interpersonal and team building skills (e.g., effective
coaching and feedback) Self-management and organizational skills.
Able to manage a diverse workload, set personal priorities and
adjust as needed. Demonstrated ability to influence, without direct
authority to ensure alignment to common methods and approaches
necessary to achieving required outcomes. Strong problem-solving,
risk management and decision skills. Able to anticipate and
recognize problems, diagnose root causes, solve unique and complex
problems. Ability to work with large cross-functional teams,
project teams and innovation projects in a virtual manner.
Experience with Veeva CRM integrations (OpenData, Vault, Align,
APIs, ETL patterns). Experience with Customer Relationship
Management systems and integration framework Ability to build
strong cross functional relationships. Effective teamwork,
interpersonal, conflict management and negotiation skills; ability
to collaborate and build relationships with peers and business
partners. Certifications in information technology processes, such
as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Certifications or experience in
Agile project delivery, especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Certifications or experience in cloud technologies, especially
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience in a regulated industry –

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 -
$151,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
