Position Description The Risk Analytics Developer translates complex business questions into actionable intelligence by building executive dashboards, Power BI reports, and self-service analytics tools that enable risk leaders to monitor portfolios, identify emerging threats, and make data-driven decisions in real time. Working as part of the centralized IRM Insights Hub team, you will develop solutions that span multiple risk domains, creating visibility and insight that has never before existed across Lilly's integrated risk landscape. This role balances new capability development with operational support of current tools, focusing on discovering useful insights, supporting leadership decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across risk processes. Leveraging Microsoft Fabric as the foundation for data engineering and Power BI for visualization, you will work with data from enterprise systems including ServiceNow GRC, SAP, Workday, and assurance platforms to create unified analytics that break down historical data silos and enable "Analytics for Everyone" across the IRM ecosystem. Primary Position Responsibilities Solution Delivery Develop Power BI dashboards and executive visualizations that effectively analyze risk data across the enterprise, identifying emerging threats, trends, and insights across multiple risk domains Build self-service analytics capabilities that enable risk leaders and business partners to monitor risk portfolios and make real-time, data-driven decisions Create artificial intelligence and automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio), Claude, and Microsoft Fabric capabilities Leverage and integrate data from multiple sources including ServiceNow GRC, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, and assurance platforms using Microsoft Fabric's data integration capabilities Drive process standardization and automation to enable IRM and partner risk functions to operate more effectively and efficiently Operational Excellence Respond to analytics requests from risk functions, producing datasets and insights that support risk assessments, audits, investigations, and strategic initiatives Support enterprise risk reporting to business partners, risk owners, senior leadership, and key stakeholders Partner with risk function personnel to identify control risks and emerging threats relative to regulations, policies, procedures, and business objectives Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of analytics tools, data models, semantic models, data pipelines, and methodologies to enable knowledge sharing and team scalability Process Ownership Forge partnerships with risk data owners, assurance function partners, and business leaders across risk functions to identify unmet analytics needs and process improvement opportunities Support the upskilling of risk functions and business partners in data analytics domains, contributing to the "Analytics for Everyone" vision Participate in cross-functional analytics initiatives that strengthen Lilly's integrated risk intelligence capabilities Basic Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field 3 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design Strong proficiency with SQL and data transformation tools Experience in project management and delivering analytics solutions in business environments Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 - $151,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
