Job Description Job Description As the Human Resources Generalist, you will lead Plastipak’s Employee Engagement program at our Champaign, IL, location. You will be responsible for the employment lifecycle, from hire to retire, including transfers and promotions. You collaborate with managers and colleagues to shape experiences in the workplace, ensuring Associates feel valued, pride in their purpose, part of the community, and supported at every phase of their employment with the company.
