client, an Indianapolis-based MBE organization, is looking for a
Recruitment and Staffing Branch Manager for their staffing agency
in the Lafayette, IN area. They believe in the relentless pursuit

teammates.THE POSITIONThe Recruitment and Staffing Branch Manager
plays a key role in the success of our clients organization. The
branch manager will supervise staff as well as oversee the
operations of their specified branch. They will also be responsible
for the onboarding of new and at-risk clients to ensure that
clients are continually moving towards an integrated use of the
organizations product lines and services. This position will
interact with recruiting, client services, payroll, sales, and
management in the performance of daily responsibilities.The
successful candidate will earn a minimum of $60,000, participate in
a quarterly bonus program, and be eligible for a comprehensive
benefits package. THE RECRUITMENT AND STAFFING BRANCH MANAGER
WILL:Be responsible for total management of assigned territory to
include, client satisfaction, payroll, profitability, safety, sales
growth of clients/territory, safety programs, associate
development, expenses, and P & L management.Effectively and
positively lead the team in effective performance
productionsMonitor and report on client metrics to continuously
ensure satisfaction and partnership success.Assist in client
assignments and allocating human capital resources.Identify process
effective opportunities and facilitate focus groups to address and
implement changes.Assist with goal setting and performance
evaluations of the operations team.Conduct effective
weekly/bi-weekly 1:1s with the team in relation to performance,
production, communication, process, and continual
development.Monitor projects and/or staffing solutions to ensure
that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while
staying within budgetary limits.Analyze branch P&L line items
to ensure branch profitability targets are continually
achieved.Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and
implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems,
processes, and personnel.Manage multiple projects while continually
identifying barriers to implementation & productivity.KNOWLEDGE AND
SKILLS FOR THE RECRUITMENT AND STAFFING BRANCH MANAGER:Direct
management of office staff or team, 5+ years preferredTalent
acquisition, candidate attraction, and staffing preferredThe
ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or other languages
is a plusAbility to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
within data systems preferredDemonstrated self-confidence and drive
with the ability to excel in fast-paced environmentProactive
professional approach in planning, communication, and problem
solvingKnowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State
specific preferredMicrosoft 360: Word, Excel, Teams preferredHigh
