company’s top perks. Position Overview: The General Manager
position is critical to the success of a multi-unit Fooda location.
The General Manager is responsible for foodservice operations as
well as meeting and exceeding operating and financial goals, client
objectives and customer needs of multi-unit location. This
currently is a free food program for all employees, so employee
experience is the 1 concern and focus of our client. What You Will
Be Responsible For: Supervising the Day-to-Day operations of an
enterprise client with programs across multiple locations on their
campus, ensuring the “Service Experience” of Fooda is consistently
offered to all customers. Foster an environment of creativity
through food with restaurant partners while maintaining healthy
program goals. Perform monthly touchpoints and quarterly QBRs to
develop relationship with client and ensure both long term and
short-term customer success Establish and maintain effective client
and customer rapport and relationships Manage both exempt and
non-exempt employees at the assigned location Complete required
reports including inventory, cash reports, etc. Conduct inventory
management to align with P&L accountability Oversee weekly
accounting responsibilities and accurate entry into internal Fooda
systems Manage annual assigned budget and maintain costs as it
relates to food, beverage, and labor Ensure all the units comply
with government and agency standards, including but not limited to
