Job Description:

Surgical Technician within our state-of-the-art Surgicenter. In
this role, you will support surgical operations, ensuring that our
integrated approach delivers exceptional healthcare experiences. By
joining our team, you will be a part of a healthcare system that
combines advanced medical treatment with groundbreaking research,
dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Assist in setting up and
preparing the operating room for surgical procedures. Follow
surgeons' instructions to ensure that all instruments and materials
are sterile and available when needed. Operate clinical equipment,
and help in positioning and preparing patients for surgery.
Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection. Assist in the
inventory management and ordering of supplies. Work alongside
surgical teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care and
operational efficiency. Proficiency in sterile and aseptic
techniques. Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
Ability to follow detailed instructions. Good physical stamina and
manual dexterity. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification from a
program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and
Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) preferred.
