working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required
License: Must have a valid nursing license Certifications: BCLS
Must-Have: Candidates must be flexible with weekend requirements.
Candidates must be able to work 50% of the weekends during the
contract. Refusal to float may end in termination of the contract.
Candidates must agree to the possibility of precepting or having
students shadow them during the assignment. Description: This role
requires the management of patients in a cardiovascular surgical
setting. The candidate will handle various diagnoses including
cardiovascular surgical and arrhythmias. Telemetry and IV start
skills are essential for this position. Candidates will be expected
to float to different levels of care such as Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU
as needed. Staffing ratios will be maintained at 1:5-6. Call-ins
for contracted shifts must be handled according to the specified
guidelines. Charge nurse responsibilities may be required based on
operational needs, with training provided. Daily census is
anticipated to be around 25 patients with varying degrees of care
required. The team will include interdisciplinary support,
including IV teams and respiratory services. Completion of a
comprehensive background check will be conducted prior to approval.
Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the contract
period. Local residents may be subject to specific eligibility
requirements based on previous employment within the organization.
