day-to-day branch operations - Oversee patient care programs and
clinical outcomes - Manage branch financial performance and
productivity - Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient

Compliance & Quality - Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and
payer regulations - Maintain compliance with state licensure and
Conditions of Participation - Monitor documentation accuracy,
timeliness, and completeness - Identify reimbursement or coverage
issues and implement corrective actions - Promote patient rights
and quality care standards Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop
clinical and administrative staff - Conduct performance evaluations

We’re Looking For - Associate’s degree in healthcare or related
field (required) - Home health leadership or supervisory experience
(required) - 2 years of home health experience (preferred) -
Current state licensure as required - Knowledge of Medicare
regulations and Conditions of Participation - Strong financial and
operational management skills - Experience with EMR systems
(Homecare Homebase preferred) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office
and workforce/payroll systems - Strong communication,
relationship-building, and team leadership skills - Sit, stand,
bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs
