At Carle Health, we are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Audiologist to join our expert team of healthcare professionals devoted to the auditory health of children. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing, evaluating, and treating hearing disorders and difficulties in pediatric patients. By leveraging state-of-the-art technology and implementing the latest in audiological research, you will ensure our younger patients receive optimal care tailored specifically to their needs in a supportive and compassionate environment. Conduct comprehensive auditory assessments and diagnostics for pediatric patients. Formulate and implement effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and rehabilitation. Counsel and educate families on their child's hearing health and communication needs. Maintain accurate and upto date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Proficiency with audiometric tools and diagnostic technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and parent interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing innovative and compassionate care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure in audiology.
