the Noble Team. Employment Consultants assist individuals with
disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment,
across a variety of industries from food service and retail to tech
and pharmaceutical. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive assessments to identify job interests, skills, and
goals; Assist individuals with preparing to enter the workforce;
Develop employment opportunities and coordinate job placements;
Provide on-the-job training and support; Identify and advocate for
accommodations; Establish and maintain rapport with employers and
support teams; Complete required reports and documentation. Perks &

Requirements: To be successful, you must: Bachelor’s degree is
preferred. Associate degree (or 2 years of credit toward an
advanced degree) in human services or closely related discipline is
acceptable. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is
preferred Be able to work a flexible schedule, at times outside of
a typical work week Excellent verbal communication and writing
skills Time management and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s
license, acceptable driving record, reliable vehicle, and proof of
auto insurance Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
