motivated and efficient physician Compensation: $650,000 base
salary Bonus based on RVU production Quality bonus up to 10% of
base salary Benefits: Full Benefits $100,000 Sign-on bonus $15,000
in relocation reimbursement $60,000 total retention bonus 33 days
of PTO 5 days $6,000 CME annually Malpractice with tail included at
no cost Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability 403b with employer
