Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care
services in Indianapolis, IN. This position is ideal for a provider

full-scope primary care evaluations and treatments Manage chronic
and acute conditions across age groups Prescribe medications and

teams to optimize patient outcomes Your qualifications:
Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making
