Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Achieve and exceed performance targets set by the healthcare facility. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times. Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results. Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care and efficiency. Support a positive team environment through effective communication. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in Indiana with experience in Progressive Care Unit. Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities. Ability to achieve and exceed performance targets consistently.
