Insurance Options Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing care in
clients homes Perform physical assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with
interdisciplinary teams and families Document patient care
accurately and timely Requirements: Active RN license in the state
of Indiana Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health
experience is a plus!) Valid drivers license and reliable
transportation CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong
clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner BrightStar Care
