About the Position Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: ICU, Med Surg, ER, NICU
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 (6:00 PM - 6:30
AM) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Registered
Respiratory Therapy credentials Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS,
NRP Must-Have: Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials ACLS,
PALS, BLS, NRP certifications Preferably Level 3 unit NICU skills
Acute care experience with Med Surg, ER, and ICU Good time
management with heavy loads at times Experience managing Bipaps,
ventilators, and Heated High Flow units Assisting with intubations
and bedside bronchs Proficient in EMR charting Description: The
role requires providing respiratory therapy to patients in various
critical care settings. Candidates will work with advanced
equipment such as PB vents, Drager V500, Aerogen s, V60 Bipap,
HHFNC, Hamilton C transport, Oscillator, and NITRIC. Staffing
consists of a minimum of 4-6 staff members per shift, ensuring
comprehensive patient care. Ideal candidates will be willing to
assist with higher acuity patients and must demonstrate
independence and self-motivation. The unit is known for having
long-term experienced staff in a cohesive environment. This
position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art
facility with motivated and progressive physicians. This is a
