Be Working On • Providing comprehensive eye exams and personalized
patient care • Diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, including
glaucoma, cataracts, and retinal disease • Fitting and managing
specialty contact lenses • Delivering vision therapy and sports
vision services • Managing dry eye conditions using advanced
treatment options • Collaborating with trained staff to ensure
efficient, high-quality patient experiences • Contributing to a
positive, professional, and patient-focused practice culture
Qualifications • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited
optometry school • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an
Optometrist in Indiana • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills • Commitment to high-quality, ethical,
patient-centered care • Ability to work collaboratively within a
team environment • Comfort working with modern clinical technology
