This full-time Family Medicine role offers leadership potential, consistent weekday hours, and strong clinical support, with the potential to transition into the Chief Medical Officer role. Practice Overview You'll join a mission-oriented FQHC with three clinic sites and 28 school-based clinics Team includes APPs, behavioral health, pharmacists, and RNs within a PCMH model Full-spectrum outpatient care for underserved patients; no inpatient work No hospital call; low-volume phone call rotation (every 6-8 weeks) Schedule Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Fridays end at 1 p.m. with afternoon admin time Patient volume averages 20 per day, with a mix of chronic care and preventive visits 4.5-day workweek structure with dedicated MA support Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary Up to $10,000 relocation assistance; malpractice with tail coverage included CME: 5 days $2,500 annually; full licensing and DEA fees covered PTO: 17 vacation days 8 sick days 8-11 holidays in year one; grows to 32 days by year 10 403(b) with employer match; NHSC loan repayment eligible (up to $50,000) Community & Location Highlights Located in Indianapolis, Indiana's capital city with a low cost of living Urban amenities with Midwest charm, from sports and arts to dining and family life Access to top-rated schools, international airport, and outdoor recreation Diverse patient population, culturally rich neighborhoods, and strong community ties Inquire now to see how this position can help you build the career and balance you deserve.
