registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. A registered nurse with emergency room experience is
needed for a contract position in Champaign, IL. This role focuses
on delivering comprehensive nursing care within the emergency
department, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating closely with
healthcare professionals to develop and adjust care plans based on
ongoing assessment. Responsibilities include: Performing thorough
patient assessments upon admission and creating individualized
plans of care. Implementing nursing interventions and procedures
specific to emergency nursing. Continuously evaluating and
modifying care plans to meet patient and family needs. Maintaining
accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing care provided.
Ensuring patient and staff safety by identifying, reporting, and
correcting hazards. Communicating effectively and professionally
with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Providing
constructive feedback to peers and seeking opportunities for
professional development. Desired qualifications and experience:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in
emergency nursing. Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform
assessments in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication
and teamwork skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of
patient care and safety. Ability to document care accurately and

This contract role provides an opportunity to contribute your ER
