qualified Med/Surg RN in Lafayette, Indiana, 47905! Pay Information
$2,207 to $2,250 per week About The Position LSI21422Gyana MS RN
for AC5 Ortho/Neuro unit. Care includes orthopedic, GYN, urology,
neurosurgery, and general medical patients. Ratio 1:5–6. Charting:
Cerner. Floating required. Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
28799017EXPTEMP Job Requirements Minimum 1.5 years Med/Surg
experience Mandatory 1:5–6 patient ratio experience BLS required ;
ACLS & NIHSS preferred Skills: IV therapy, PICC & peripheral line
care, blood product admin, cardiac monitoring, CBI, wound care,
pre/post neuro surgery, ortho, total joints Active IN RN license in
hand SSN & DOB required; 2 supervisor references; ACEN/CCNE
