Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab/IR Technologist with ARRT and IR experience for a dual-role position requiring 1.5 years of experience. Responsibilities - Work in a short-term acute care hospital in a hybrid Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology setting - Dual-role responsibilities requiring both Cath Lab and IR skills - Day shifts typically 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with possible start as early as 6:30 AM - Weekend shifts required every third weekend - Rotating after-hours call shifts required, including 10 call shifts per month in Cath Lab and Hybrid OR - Call back duration is 3 hours - Candidate will only be scheduled to work Christmas OR New Year's, with Thanksgiving guaranteed off - Charting is completed in Cerner - All travelers may be required to float within the hospital or to an affiliate location - Block scheduling may be discussed during the interview process - Candidates must work at least 2 out of 3 major holidays - Local candidates are accepted - Returning employees or PRN staff must wait 12 months from last employment before being eligible as a traveler - Five days or less of requested time off can be auto-approved - Parking is free Requirements - Minimum 1.5 years of Cath Lab and IR technologist experience required - Current ARRT R, BLS, and ACLS certifications required - Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited university is required - Cerner charting experience required - First-time travelers are accepted - Pending state license accepted - Must have IN or Compact License in hand for start dates within 2-4 weeks - License required if applicable Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-625414.
