Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Hybrid Cath Lab/IR
Technologist with 1.5 years of experience and current ARRT R, BLS,
and ACLS certifications for a dual role position. Responsibilities
- Work in a short-term acute care hospital setting within a Hybrid
Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department - Dual role
covering both Cath Lab and IR procedures is required - Charting is
completed using the Cerner EMR system - Day shifts include 3x12
hour shifts from 6:30 AM–7:00 PM and occasional 7:30 AM–8:00 PM
shifts - On-call required for 10 shifts per month with call back
window of 3 hours - Weekend shifts required every third weekend -
Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to a
nearby affiliate hospital - This is a dual role position that
requires strong IR and Cath Lab skill sets - Candidates must be
willing to work either Christmas or New Year's; Thanksgiving is
guaranteed off - Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays -
First-time travelers will be considered for this position -
Returning employees must have been away from the facility for at
least 12 months before reapplying as a traveler - Allied positions
and this role accept local candidates - RTO policy allows for
auto-approval of 5 days or less - Free parking is provided
Requirements - Minimum of 1.5 years recent Cath Lab and
Interventional Radiology experience is required - Active ARRT R,
BLS, and ACLS certifications are required - Pending state license
accepted, but IN or Compact License must be in hand prior to start
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited university is required
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR charting is required - License required
