Hematology and Oncology MD in Lafayette, Indiana, 47905! Pay
Information $110 to $125 per hour About The Position Hematology
Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Indiana Flexible Hematology-Oncology
APP locums assignment in Indiana, near Indianapolis;
outpatient-focused with light call. Highlights - Flexible weekday
hours; choose between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. - Balanced mix of
oncology and benign hematology - Rotating call every 4th-5th week -
Credentialing in 90 days, start in early 2026 Practice Setting -
Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and some telehealth - Majority
outpatient with consults and weekend rounding during call weeks
Schedule - Monday to Friday, 36 hours/week of patient care - Q4-Q5
call rotation; one full week at a time - Weekend rounding required
only during call weeks Cases and Procedures - 70% oncology, 30%
benign hematology - 15-18 patients/day - APPs round on existing
patients; consults managed by on-call provider Requirements -
Indiana license (or IMLC) - Board Certification required - BLS
certification Travel Accommodations - Airfare, hotel, rental car,
