Job Description:
Coverage Needed: Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: July 1,
2026 Outpatient Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday, 36 hours of
patient care/ambulatory clinic coverage per week Flexible
scheduling available between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Hospital Call
Coverage: Call rotation every 4th or 5th week, one full week at a
time Expected hospital visits: Weekdays (M-F) for new consults,
Saturday and/or Sunday for rounding only Clinical Details: Practice
Model: Primary focus on outpatient care On-call Provider handles
new consults at the hospital Nurse Practitioners round on existing
patients Patient Mix: 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology (primarily
benign cases) EMR System: Cerner Patient Encounters Per Shift:
15-18 Average Phone Consults: 5-6 per week Average Patients Seen:
2-3 Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes Call Ratio: Q4 to Q5
Hands On Percentage: Admissions: None - 100% consultant
Requirements: Board Certification Required Board Certification
Minimum: Eligible Fellowship Required Require Hospital
