Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description: Qualifications: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field - Certification from NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) or ARRT (N) required - State licensure (if applicable) - BLS certification required - Minimum of 1–2 years of recent nuclear medicine experience - Strong technical expertise, safety knowledge, and patient care focus Nuclear Med Tech Contract Details: - $2,140 - $2,339 per week* estimated weekly - 26 weeks, with possibility to extend - Hospital setting Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic procedures - Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to capture accurate images - Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort - Analyze images and collaborate with physicians on diagnostic findings - Maintain compliance with radiation safety and regulatory standards - Document patient records, imaging results, and dosage information What We Offer: - Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance! - Round the clock support.
