Job Description:

any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit
experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of
travel experience is required from any number of months. ---
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact
license (required after submission). --- This role may require
floating to additional units and locations --- Local & travel
allowed. Candidates living --- Flu vaccination required after
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload

scheduling can be requested, but is not guaranteed. Please make any

Candidates will have to take an EKG test at the facility for the

36/week Weekend Hours: every 3rd weekend Call Requirements: none
Required Certifications: telemetry Float Requirements: may float to
3rd floor medical-surgical units if not needed on Rehab Must Have
Skills/Experience: medical-surgical experience Preferred
Skillset/Experience: worked on Inpatient Rehab unit Type of
Patients on Unit: neuro - stroke, brain injury; ortho - hip
fractures; general - s/p CABG, sepsis, amputations, debility Scrub
Color: navy blue Any unacceptable attire: must wear navy blue
scrubs as per hospital policy Maximum days off: 5 days 2 references
from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for
submission Driver's license required for submission Certifications:
