Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 7:00am-7:00am covering the emergency department Job Setting: Patient volume: 0-10 daily Types of Cases: Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction, Calculus of kidney, Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms, Calculus of ureter, Urinary tract infection Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Must have Indiana license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA,) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University. Although Purdue is located across the river, it in many ways bolsters the economy and entertainment options of its sister city.
