Job Title: Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered NurseWe are seeking a skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at a top healthcare facility in Lafayette, Indiana.Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med-Surg/Telemetry environment. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with a competitive pay package and excellent benefits.Responsibilities:

• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care to adult patients
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient careRequirements:
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
  • BLS Certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg settingBenefits:
