Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Social Workers with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Lafayette, Indiana, and the surrounding areas.Home Health Social Worker Contract Details:- $1,480 - $1,629 per week*- SHC Home Health Social Workers are paid by the hour, not by the visit- Social Worker will have a designated territory of coverage- Weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
