The LPN will utilize their clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and empathy to deliver exceptional healthcare services.*Position:*Valley Oaks Health Licensed Practical Nurses demonstrate medication administration skills, pharmacodynamics knowledge as well as skills with physical assessment. Licensed Practical Nurses will also demonstrate timely follow through with client appointments, labs, and medical concerns.*Who We Need*1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.2. Licensed as a Practical Nurse by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau as required by the pre-hire competency form.4. LPNs at least 2 years nursing experience desirable.6. Meets pre-hire competency and reference requirements.7.
