Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
Serve as a counselor to children
Serve as a therapist to children with special needs
Serve as a therapist for school-age children
Serve as an advocate for children with special needs
Serve as an advocate for children in foster care
Serve as an advocate for children in need of services
Teach and perform research in curriculum (training)
Teach and perform research in curriculum (training)
Teach and perform research in curriculum (training)
Teach and perform research in curriculum (training)
Responsible for the overall clinical operation of the program including but not limited to billing, client records, scheduling, client communication, case management, billing, and billing.

Qualifications: Must have a master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Must have experience working with children with special needs.Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to work without direct supervision.Must be able to work independently.Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
