Ensures resident rights are always maintained Monitoring Residents Supervising and directing Nursing Assistants Assisting in writing care plans based on resident needs. Monitoring response to care treatment plans. Assisting with discharge process. Obtaining and administering medication. Possesses knowledge of medication interactions.
