StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;On Call Pay Rate: $218.00 - 230.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Sunday - Sunday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., with after hours call. 0-3 calls per night
• Job Setting: Outpatient coverage only
• Types of Cases: Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction, calculus of kidney, benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms, calculus of ureter, urinary tract infection
• Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 45 days. Must have clean background
• Board Certification
• Must have an active Indiana license
