Must have active state license BC required Weekdays, Days, No
call ACLS and BLS needed 20 OR cases per day, 6 - 8 GI cases per
day General surgery, ortho, neurosurgery, ENT, GI, urology, & OBGYN
preferred but not required Credentialing needed DEA needed Paid
malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
