FPN Lafayette

• Per Diem
• Hours: PRN Schedule 7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am; Includes outreach shifts at Crawfordsville & Rensselaer
• Employed
• New Graduates
• Average Patients seen: 16 per day
• Compensation: Premier compensation package - 75th percentile compensation per MGMA

• Additional Info: Seeking PRN physicians to meet the growing demand for our hospitalist program- Our established, high-functioning program has great patient outcomes and high levels of patient satisfaction.- We are well respected and there is a healthy relationship with the hospital administration.- Central line placement and intubation procedures preferred, training available- Open ICU with easy access to specialist consultation- Respond to Code Blues- Epic EMR (Franciscan Health scored above the 90th percentile for Provider satisfaction for the inpatient Epic system)- Strong collegial support from specialists - Moonlighting opportunitiesQualifications:- ACLS/BCLS required- Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction- Display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families- Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
