**Inpatient Psychiatry opening in Indiana**

* Located in ***Lafayette, IN*** - just 1 hour from Indianapolis!
* Service area of 170,000 people
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Employed
* General Adult Psych
* Hospital-based, inpatient position
* 48-bed facility; ADC: 42
* Schedule: Monday - Friday
* Weekend and overnight call is optional (additional pay if chose to do this)
* Daily inpatient staffing: 2 Psychiatrists (including medical director) & 1 NP
* Mix of psychoses, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, many with comorbid substance use
* Hospital does not have an emergency room so pts are stabilized prior to being transferred
* No primary cognitive impairments, no IV or acute medical issues
* A separate medical team does H & Ps and rounds daily
* Competitive Base Salary + annual Bonus potential based on Quality Initiatives
* Optional 1 weekend per month for additional income
