This role involves overseeing program implementation, sustainment, and growth, aligning with the department's vision. The Program Director conducts psychological diagnostic evaluations, collaborates with colleagues and trainees, and provides supervision to trainees and midlevel providers as needed. The role requires a deep understanding of behavioral, developmental, cultural, and emotional needs of the served population, which is detailed in the department's scope of service.The successful candidate will oversee a team of three within the department.Key RelationshipsReports to: Program Director - Medical EducationCandidate QualificationsApplicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Doctoral degree in applied Psychology, with current Indiana License in Psychology and endorsement of Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP); medical setting experience required.
• Experience and expertise in teaching and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of psychology/neuropsychology practices, procedures, and techniques.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills to plan, design, and direct behavioral science training.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively interface with residents, patients, and staff.
• Ability to handle multiple duties, develop resolutions independently, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Proficiency in administering, scoring, interpreting psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
