The goal of case management is to stabilize or improve social and behavioral functioning in the school, community, and home environments. Skills Trainers work with clients to build personal support systems and learn to advocate for themselves. Bachelor's Degree OR 120 credit hours toward any degree; one year of relevant work/volunteer/lived experience preferred2. Associates Degree OR 60 credit hours towards any degree; one year of relevant work/volunteer/lived experience preferred3. Mental Health or Substance Use related certification obtained via a minimum of 30 hours of training.4. High school diploma or GED plus one year of related work experience5. Must have a valid Indiana Drivers License, a reliable vehicle, a good driving record, and car insurance6. Meets pre-hire competency and reference requirements.7.
