This position is a managerial position responsible for contracts and/or work orders that reports to the Sr. Project Manager or Vice President for the PPG.Requirements:B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and minimum 5 years of construction experience.Experience in relevant markets is preferred.Well versed in various procurement processes, including and design-bid buildAbility to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.Interested in hearing more?
