Available Integrity Trade Services is Hiring Assembly Technicians
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a growing manufacturer
of drill rigs and tooling serving the Geotechnical, Environmental,
Mineral Exploration, Water Well, and Seismic industries. Due to
continued growth, we are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to
join a production team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great
opportunity for candidates with mechanical, welding, hydraulics, or
heavy equipment experience looking for stable work, competitive
pay, and strong benefits. Job Responsibilities: Assemble drilling
rigs and sub-assemblies, including: MIG welding Hydraulic
components Electrical components and wire harnesses Mechanical
fastening Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and
hand tools Clean, lubricate, and perform routine equipment
maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and
technical drawings Test mechanical products after assembly or
repair to ensure proper operation Operate and inspect machines or
heavy equipment to diagnose defects Inspect parts for wear or
damage using micrometers and gauges Maintain service and
maintenance records Job Requirements: Automotive, industrial, or
heavy equipment experience preferred MIG welding, hydraulics, and
electrical experience is a plus Ability to work independently and
as part of a team Must provide own standard hand and power tools
(specialty tools provided) Strong attention to detail and
commitment to safety Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment Maintain a positive, “Customer First”
