Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
position is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to support early childhood and elementary students in a
school setting located in Joliet, IL. This role offers an engaging
opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners
communication development within an early educational environment.
The position is contract-based with a full-time schedule of 37.5
hours per week, providing potential for an itinerant role serving
1-2 schools. Key Qualifications: Illinois Professional Educator
License with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement Illinois SLP
license in good standing Proficiency in both English and Spanish to
effectively serve bilingual students Experience working with
pediatric populations, particularly early childhood and elementary
age groups Ability to adapt to an itinerant schedule and provide
services at multiple school locations as needed Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with
communication disorders Develop and implement individualized
therapy plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support
student progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
with district and state guidelines Deliver therapy in both English
